Besides these business activities he is founder and senior partner of Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Venezuela, where he acted as Director of the Real Estate Department.

Originally from Venezuela, Alejandra has lived in Wellington for the past 7 years. She joined Palm Beach International Realty in 2009. She has an extensive real estate background not only as a Real Estate Agent but also as an investor.

Juan Carlos came to the US in 2003 from Venezuela. As an Architect and a builder, he looked into investing in real estate to buy properties he could fix up and resell. It was during this process that he decided to better understand the business of property investing by becoming a real estate associate.
During the years he has developed a variety of skills in buying, renting and selling properties with emphasis in residential. His experience has afforded him the opportunity to work with a variety of clients many of whom are repetitions, tangible sign of satisfied customers.

Dulce obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and have Project Management Certificated. Worked as a Project Controller and a Sales Associated in a company known worldwide. Born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, Franklin at the age of sixteen began his first job as part of a sales team in a Venezuelan real estate brokerage company. After working there for two years he took his first entrepreneurial leap by co-founding with his father and a group of investors the master franchise of “Century 21” in Venezuela. In addition, he became the Vice-president of the first franchisee “Century 21 San Ignacio” located in the most prestigious commercial complex in Caracas and was the leader in sales for two consecutive years.
In 2003, after much success, the company was sold and Mr. Hoet relocated to Palm Beach, Florida to complete his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton and later attended to Nova Southeastern University to receive an MBA in finance. Upon completion of his educational programs, Mr. Hoet opened a retail business and also participated in different construction projects in Miami, Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach.

Roy was born and raised in the Oklahoma, the “Heartland of the USA”. As a young man he worked in the oil and gas exploration business where he researched property titles, mineral rights, and past surrounding production. He then acquired oil and natural gas leases to sell to local oil companies near Tulsa, Oklahoma. With experience and time he soon developed the skills to form joint ventures with investor’s in order to drill and successfully bring several wells into production.
After moving to West Palm Beach Florida in 1982, Roy continued his work in Oklahoma while adapting to the ever changing economy. Roy went on to expand his knowledge in new construction as an electrician and later owned and operated his own electrical business throughout South Florida until 2007. As an electrical contractor, he worked with interior decorators and architects to design and fulfill the needs of some of South Florida’s renowned residents. In 1991 local government enforced restrictions on new building construction slowing all development; it was during this time that Roy changed direction and became a Firefighter/Paramedic in 1996 with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, where he serves Palm Beach County as an Operational Fire Captain.
Roy went on to study at Palm Beach State College, Health Career Institutes, the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA and TEEKS of Texas A & M. He obtained a degree in Emergency Medical Services.
Over the years Roy has also bought and sold properties for investments, and worked with his family in real estate track developments and building construction. He has robust knowledge and experience in the area of additions and renovations—which sets him apart from other realtors. He has a very good working knowledge of South Florida’s communities, demographics, and development.
