Franklin D Hoet

Biography

Born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, Franklin at the age of sixteen began his first job as part of a sales team in a Venezuelan real estate brokerage company. After working there for two years he took his first entrepreneurial leap by co-founding with his father and a group of investors the master franchise of “Century 21” in Venezuela. In addition, he became the Vice-president of the first franchisee “Century 21 San Ignacio” located in the most prestigious commercial complex in Caracas and was the leader in sales for two consecutive years.In 2003, after much success, the company was sold and Mr. Hoet relocated to Palm Beach, Florida to complete his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton and later attended to Nova Southeastern University to receive an MBA in finance. Upon completion of his educational programs, Mr. Hoet opened a retail business and also participated in different construction projects in Miami, Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach.Now as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Vice-president of Palm Beach International Realty, he is dedicated to bring you the highest level of personal service.Fluent in English, Spanish and French
